Reports from Norway say that due to technical difficulties, the tabulations of votes from the Oslo 2022 Olympic bid referendum will be delayed until Tuesday.
Before the glitch, Norwegian Broadcasting (NRK) reported that 49 percent of those voting oppose hosting the Olympics and 48 percent are in favour. The remainder spoiled their ballots. A majority of the votes have yet to be counted.
The deadine to submit applications for the 2022 Games is November 14.
