According to a motion by the German Olympic Committee (DOSB) leadership, Munich should not bid for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games, reports DPA.
The DOSB will be presenting its recommendation to the annual members’ meeting for approval in Berlin on Saturday.
The DOSB said Munich shouldn refrain from bidding right now, but says it wants another Olympic Games bid in the future.
Munich lost a bid for the 2018 Games to PyeongChang, South Korea.
