Welcome to the launch of GamesBids.com, the first Web site dedicated to covering the business of Olympic Bids.
Although the URL “GamesBids.com” is our new home, we’ve actually been covering the Olympic bid process since July 1998 in the form of “TorontoSummerGames.com”. Our original intent was to cover the news and issues surrounding Toronto’s bid for the 2008 Games but soon realized there was demand for so much more.
Now it’s official; we’ll cover 2010, 2012 and beyond. All of the bids, all of the business, all of the news.
