Vancouver 2010 is launching a new campaign, “Push To Prague” just weeks before the host city for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games will be announced.
The Vancouver bid has also e-mailed a letter from the bid’s President and Chief Operating Officer John Furlong, thanking all those who have pledged support for Vancouver’s bid.
The e-mail also announces that it’s online supporter count is over 118,000 with more than 47,000 people expressing a desire to volunteer if Vancouver becomes the 2010 host city and asking those who have not yet pledged their support to do so on the bid’s official Web site.
A printout of the results will be presented to the International Olympic Committee on July 2.
