A top 30 UK design group, navyblue, has signed a contract to design the bid documentation for London’s bid to host the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Details of the contract have not been disclosed but it is thought to be worth in excess of GBP1/4m.
The company must now face the challenge of designing and delivering the London 2012 bid document for submission to the International Olympic Committee on November 15, 2004.
navyblue’s team has previously worked on Pyeongchang’s Winter Games bid and the recent bid by Scotland and Ireland to host the European Championships in 2008.
