Following a new agreement, the “Spina 3” Media Village for Turin’s 2006 Winter Olympic Games will now be able to accommodate double the amount of people.
The citadel, which will be built in the “Spina 3” area between via Boraro and via Livorno, originally built for 1,200 journalists, will now accommodate 2,400 journalists.
The additional 1,200 spaces substitute those originally set in the area of the former General Market in via Giordano Bruno, and 1,000 spaces will be located in three other areas of the city.
