Hong Kong First Telecom Ltd. has joined in partnership with Beijing’s Olympic Bid Committee (BOBICO) to provide technical assistance for its 2008 bid.
The company is contributing financially to the bid and has developed the flash “Beijing Review” for the bid’s webside.
BOBICO’s vice executive president Liu Jingmin presented the company with a certificate, calling Telecom one of the most sophisticated electronic communication and information service companies in the world, with state-of-the-art technology for international telecommunication networks and services.
Telecom will oversee the construction and development of information technology and communication facilities of Beijing’s 2008 bid.
