Salzburg’s bid for the 2014 Winter Olympic Games got a setback when Salzburg Mayor Heinz Schaden told the newspaper Salzburg Today that the revenue expected from Salzburg hosting the 2014 Winter Olympic Games would be much lower than expected.
According to optimistic calculations there is a hole in the budget of 328 million Euros.
The opposition party called it a lot of money and wants to speak with representatives of the International Olympic Committee.
