Salzburg 2014 announced that Anton Schutti has been appointed managing director for Salzburg’s 2014 Winter Olympic bid.
Schutti was formerly the racing director of Fischer and Atomic and managing director of the Austria Sports Foundation.
The subvisory board chairman, Salzburg’s Mayor, the President of the Austrian Olympic Committee and IOC member Leo Wallner have affirmed the close cooperation between the Austrian government, the province and the city of Salzburg in its goal to bring the 2014 Winter Olympic Games to Salzburg.
