The slow pace of interviewing the 83 potential jurors in the Salt Lake City Olympic bribery trial has forced a delay in the trial by one day.
The larger than normal jury pool will be whittled down to 12 jurors and two alternates who, Friday morning, will hear opening arguments from the prosecution and defence.
Each side will have one hour to make its case.
Although the trial is open to the public, spectators must obtain tickets, which will be distributed at the courthouse on a daily basis beginning at 7:30 a.m. About 70 seats are expected to be available daily.
