Jacques Rogge, Chairman of the International Olympic Truce Foundation (IOTF) and George Papandreou, Greece’s Foreign Minister and IOTF Vice-Chairman launched the Olympic Movement signature campaign in support of the Olympic Truce Monday.
The signature ceremony was held during the annual board meeting of the IOTF and the International Olympic Truce Centre (IOTC) at IOC Headquarters in Lausanne Switzerland.
The initiative is part of a worldwide signature campaign launched during the Salt Lake Winter Olympic Games.
