What would Valentine’s Day in Paris be without messages of love displayed around the city?
But the messages of love will be a little different this Valentine’s Day. In the spirit of L’Amour des Jeux, and to promote it’s Olympic bid for the 2012 Summer Olympic Games, Parisians and people from around the world will be able to write their messages of love for the Olympic Games, which will then be displayed around the city on February 14.
The city of Paris announced that the messages will be lit up on 170 electronic boards around the city. Olympic fans, Parisians and tourists can contribute their notes of love for the Games via the Paris City Hall Web site.
Also, the famous Hotel de Ville is offering free photographs in front of the Paris City Hall with a backdrop of Paris 2012 colours.
