Neither Vancouver nor Toronto should be bidding for Olympic Games. So said Kevin Wamsley, Director of the International Centre for Olympic Studies, when he was interviewed Saturday on the Ottawa-based The Sports Journal. He said that neither city should bid for Olympic Games because of the cost of the Games and the fact that the facilities often sit empty after the Games are over. He cited the Sydney Games as an example.
