The World Olympian Magazine, a new monthly magazine aimed at Olympians and Olympic fans around the world about the lives and times of its Olympian members, makes its debut in Salt Lake City next month.
The magazine is produced by Pachyderm Press and will offer a wide variety of articles for people of all ages.
The content will include in-depth articles on world famous Olympians, coverage of world-wide Olympic news, detailed reports on the 2002 Olympic Torch Relay and the Games in Salt Lake City, features on the National Olympic Committees and previews of the upcoming Olympic sites such as Athens, Greece and Turin, Italy.
Contributors to the magazine will be writers and photographers from around the world. The magazine will eventually have worldwide distribution and will be produced in multiple languages by the end of 2002.
English and French editions of a special February Olympic issue will be distributed to the Olympic athletes in Salt Lake City and to visitors at the Olympians Reunion Center.
