The Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2008 Olympic Games (BOCOG) launched a new Web site Sunday on the second anniversary of Beijing’s successful bid for the 2008 Summer Olympic Games.
The intermediate Web site is constructed in accordance with the host city contract signed by Beijing and the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
BOCOG’s official Web site will now provide more advanced information and network services. There is also Olympic news in English, French and Chinese on the site.
Following the 2008 Games, the Web site will become a sports Web site in April, 2008 as required by the IOC.
