Moscow resident will have an opportunity Sunday to decide if they want Moscow to bid for the 2012 Summer Olympic Games, and a chance to win a ticket to the Athens 2004 Games.
Residents will be asked the question – “Do you support organizing the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Moscow?”
The event, organized by a Russian newspaper, will also feature performances by acrobats, gymnasts, fencer, suma fighters, unarmed self-defence athletes and amateur weight lifters.
Moscow’s Olympic Ambassadors will be on hand to answer questions and sign up volunteers for the bid.
