Hundreds of Olympians will be showing their support for London’s bid for the 2012 Summer Olympic Games while celebrating the British Olympic Association’s (BOA) Centenary at a party at London’s Royal Festival Hall May 21, three days before the BOA’s 100 year anniversary.
Sebastian Coe, Chairman of London 2012 said, “this is a unique opportunity for all British Olympians to back London 2012’s bid to bring the Games back to the UK as our campaign enters its final stage. All of them know how special it is to compete in an Olympic Games and how it can be a life changing experience”.
