Jaca 2014 has the support of the Spanish Central Government, the Regional Government of Aragon, the Diputacion of Huesca and the Spanish Olympic Committee in its bid for the 2014 Winter Olympic Games.
Representatives from all forms of government and the Spanish Olympic Committee confirm their participation in Jaca’s 2014 bid.
Jaime Lissavetzy, the vice councillor of Education, Culture and Sport, said that the Spanish government supports Jaca 2014 the same way it supported Madrid’s failed 2012 bid.
