On day three of the IOC’s technical tour the team will not only visit Toronto sites, it will also travel to Hamilton, about 1/2 hour’s drive from Toronto.
Saturday’s theme is “World of Diversity”. Following a morning briefing, the group goes to Variety Village, a centre for the physically challenged, where there will be a launch of the bid’s paralympic plan at 12:30 p.m.
At 2:00 p.m. the group arrives at Hamilton’s Copps Coliseum, where boxing would be held, and then on to Mississauga, just outside Toronto, to visit the Hershey Centre, the venue for indoor volleyball.
