Two hot races in the Olympic movement take place in July, the race for the IOC presidency and which city will host the 2008 Summer Games.
Sport Intern, a German-based Olympic newsletter which is read by most IOC members, recently projected that Kim Un-yong would win the most first-round votes (40-42), followed closely by Jacques Rogge (37-39), Dick Pound (18-20), Anita DeFrantz (9-12) and Pal Schmitt (3-6).
Meanwhile, British bookmaker William Hill has Beijing as a 4-7 favourite, followed by Toronto at 2-1, and Paris at 8-1.
