If the voting members of the International Olympic Committee take the lead from two European polls that ask which city should host the 2008 Summer Olympic Games, Toronto will win the Games.
The TSG Web site checked out the BBC Sport Web site and the CNN Europe Asia Spanish site and in both cases Toronto was ahead by a wide margin over Beijing.
The CNN poll with 77,643 participants had Toronto at 47 per cent, Beijing at 10 per cent, Paris 24 per cent, Osaka 5 per cent and Istanbul 13 per cent.
The BBC Sport poll had 3,948 votes cast and 42.73 per cent voted for Toronto, 22.52 per cent wanted Beijing, 5.24 per cent were for Osaka, 20.24 per cent said Paris and 9.27 per cent voted for Istanbul.
