According to a Xinhuanet News Agency report, Busan South Korea, the host of the 14th Asian Games, is to bid for the Summer Olympic Games in the near future.
Dr. Chung Soon-taek met with Beijing vice mayor Liu Jingming, who is also vice president of the Beijing Olympic Games organizing committee, and said that Busan will build on its Asian Games experience and prepare for an Olympic bid.
