An International Olympic Committee (IOC) inspection team arrived in Beijing Monday to begin a four-day visit of the city’s progress for the 2008 Summer Olympic Games.
The 19-member team is scheduled to hold discussions with Beijing 2008 organizers on several issues including press operation, security, venue construction, transportation and marketing.
Some members of the group will visit Qingdao, the venue for the sailing competition.
