Following a series of delays on the second day of the World Rowing Junior Championship test event for the Athens 2004 Summer Olympic Games because of strong winds in the Schinias area, the event was finally cancelled.
The event will now have to be compressed and restructured.
FISA, the Athens Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games and the team managers were to meet to discuss the situation.
