PASO Visits Toronto For 2015 Pan Am Games Site Evaluation

The Pan American Sports Organization (PASO) arrived in Toronto to begin a tour Sunday of proposed venues for the 2015 Pan American Games.

The day began with breakfast atop the CN Tower; once the World’s largest freestanding stucture, it’s revolving restaurant offers excellent views of the Golden Horseshoe and several of the proposed venue sites. PASO members were welcomed by Bid Chair, David Peterson, Canadian Olympic Committee President Michael Chambers, Toronto Mayor David Miller, Canada’s Minister of State for Sport Gary Lunn and Ontario Minister of Health Promotion Margarett Best.
