SaveOlympicBaseball.org has been launched internationally to promote baseball’s reinstatement in the Summer Olympic Games starting in 2016.
The website was formed June 1 and the official launch date was Wednesday.
The website was created to help, aid and assist in the facilitation of the worldwide grassroots campaign that the baseball world is conducting to advocate the reinstatement of the sport to the Olympic program.
The website’s head office is in Dakota City, Nebraska, U.S.A. and there are now satellite offices in Melbourne Australia, Vienna Austria, Gent Belgium, Brno Czech Republic, Paris France, Almaty Kazakhstan and Moscow Russia.
The SaveOlympicBaseball.org website is headed by Managing Director Bob Protexter, an international baseball veteran with more than two decades of service to the sport.
