The Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee, in conjunction with the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Goznak and Sherbank of Russia, has announced the final two series of coins dedicated to the Sochi 2014 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
Twenty-thee coins will be put into circulation, with the jewel in the crown being several commemorative gold coins weighing one and three kilograms.
In June 2013, the fourth and final series of coins will enter circulation. The series will include 12 different commemorative and investment coins featuring different themes connected with the Sochi 2014 Games.
