German Olympic Sports Federation (DOSB) President Thomas Bach said at the closing session of Munich’s failed bid for the 2018 Winter Games which were awarded to PyeongChang, that Munich will once again bid for a future Olympic Games.
He would not specify exactly when that would be.
He said the DOSB will have to weigh carefully when the opportune time would be. The date for another bid would have to be considered thoroughly, although a bid for the 2026 Games was conceivable.
